Midwest Nights Entertainment Magazine would like all submitted
advertisements or article material to adhere to the following
submission criteria and guidelines. Failure to comply with
these guidelines could cause your submission to be eliminated
from the intended edition due to problems with files, fonts or
images which do not meet or standards of quality for
publication.

In an effort to keep our
magazine as a free publicly available publication, we do not
allow full or partial nudity in our magazine. The basic rule
of thumb regarding nudity is this. If it is not something you
would see at a public beach in the summer, it is not allowed
in our magazine.
We also do not allow
profanity or vulgarity in our magazine. A general guideline
would be radio and television. If it is not something you
would hear or see in the mainstream media it is not allowed in
our magazine.
All advertisements,
articles and submissions for publication are subject to
editorial approval prior to publication. If there is an
instance where we feel an advertisement or article is pushing
the envelope too much we will contact the party responsible
for the submitted material and ask that you make adjustments
to fit our publishing guidelines.
In the event that the party
responsible for the material cannot be reached in time for our
press deadline. The decision will be left up to our editorial
or graphic design staff. All decisions regarding questionable
material are final. We would rather see your advertisement in
our next issue, or simply not be published rather than risk
our status as a publicly distributed publication.
We look forward to your
cooperation in this matter and hope to avoid the possibility
of leaving something out of a publication. This can be avoided
by sending us material well in advance of each month's press
deadline,
so that any potential problems can be dealt with immediately
in a professional manner.
